The faith formation program includes classes for Pre-K (3- and 4-year-olds) to adults.
Class schedule
The faith formation program runs from August through June. Pre-K- 5th grade: 9-10:15 a.m. Sundays Jr. High/Middle School :Youth Group 5-6 p.m. Sundays; Faith Formation Classes 6-7pm Sundays Sr. High School: Youth Group 5-6p.m. Sundays; Sr. High Faith Formation Classes 6-7pm Sundays Adult Fellowship: 9-10:15 a.m. Sundays
Vacation Bible School 2008
Join us for "Rainforest Adventure - A Tree Top Bible Blast"!   Vacation Bible School is scheduled for June 23-27 from 9:15a.m. to 12:30p.m.  Registration is $30/per child  Registration is from Feb. 20-June 1 or when the enrollment limit of 100 children is met, whichever occurs first.  No late registrations are accepted due to space limitations and materials ordered.  Registration forms are located in the Narthex of the church and must be turned in to Betsy Morrison, DRE,  Pam Martin VBS Director or Angelstar Colon', Operations Director VBS. Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is a formal program in which adults are formally admitted into the Church and receive the sacraments of initiation — baptism, confirmation, and Holy Eucharist.* Classes are offered on Monday evenings from August through April and culminate in the Easter Vigil.
Preparation for the Sacraments
Preparing to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Communion are the focus of the second grade classes. Parents of the communicants must also attend twelve classes during the course of the year. Half of the classes focus on faith renewal and the other half focus on resource information and home teaching strategies. These courses are designed to help parents reinforce and enrich what their children are learning. Parent reconciliation preparation classes are held from September through November. A First Reconciliation retreat will be held Jan. 26, 2008 and will be facilitated by six members of the reconciliation class and their families. The parent communion classes are held from January through March. On  April 26, 2008, there will be another retreat facilitated by seven children and their families. The First Communion Mass will be held  SATURDAY May 3, 2008 in the church at 12:30 p.m.  Confirmation classes for persons in eighth grade or above are held at 5 p.m. on Sundays from August through November.
